Come to Our Jan. 13 Member Meeting

We’ve got a great speaker and will do the popular post-holiday white elephant gift raffle!

Our speaker will be Amy Huntley of the Washington Autism Alliance & Advocacy speaking on the topic of maximizing insurance benefits.

WAAA helps families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities learn how to better access their insurance benefits for medically necessary treatments. WAAA also is heavily involved in legislation that promotes greater access to applied behavioral analysis services for low-income families.

And…bring an unwanted holiday gift to donate for the raffle exchange. It’s great fun. Tickets will be $1 and the proceeds will benefit our chapter.

The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. with mingling and snacks, followed by PTA business at 7, our speaker at 7:20 p.m. and the white elephant raffle afterwards. The meeting is in the Alumni Room at the Shoreline Conference Center, 18560 1st Ave. NE.

Hope to see you there!
